One of my previous blog posts — “A Refresher Course for Employers on Retaliation” – was selected to become a chapter in a book by Professor George Seidel, Williamson Family Professor of Business Administration and   Thurnau Professor of Business Law, Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

The book is entitled “Employers and the Law: 2013-14 Anthology of Best Articles“ – it is a collection of articles written by labor and employment law attorneys.

The book compiles relevant articles that can serve as a resource for business owners, managers, human resource professionals and legal advisers. Articles focus on fundamental recurring legal concerns as well changes in the business and legal environments that have garnered national attention.
