According to a California employment attorney, these were ageist comments made to her in the workplace, which we like to collect in age cases. The alleged adverse actions taken against her were numerous but not worth noting for this post.
But be aware that a jury just found age discrimination and awarded her $749,000 in damages for lost wages and benefits under the California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act.
