Is employment discrimination based upon the astrological sign you were born under actionable?

If you believe the Chinese Bandao Morning News, as reported in the Pakistan Daily Times, an employment ad appeared in China which stated:  “We are looking for Geminis, Libras, and Aquarius.”

A public relations executive interviewed said that employers “will often secretly refer to applicants’ Chinese zodiacs during the hiring process, though they discount Western signs.”

As a means of hiring, it can’t be much less reliable than that used by a lot of companies I know!
